Kamile’s tattoo journey started in 2015 when she apprenticed here at Chameleon with her mentor Mark Keller. During her apprenticeship and first few years as a full-time artist, she attended Western Washington University and finally in fall of 2019 she received a BS in Kinesiology with a specialization in Pre-Physical Therapy. Though she is no longer currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy, Kamile applies her knowledge of human anatomy and physiology to tattooing.
 
Kamile’s tattoo style has evolved drastically throughout her tattooing career. In her early days of tattooing her style consisted of traditional florals and bolder lines. Currently she specializes in more fine-line and surreal imagery, mostly involving inspiration from nature and the female body. Her newer works focus on the juxtaposition between traditional and realism tattooing as she incorporates the techniques and elements of both.
 
Outside of tattooing, Kamile enjoys roller blading, making nail art for herself and her friends and cuddling with her two kitties :) She has also collaborated with Seattle-based jewelry artist Avary Lenz (IG @artbyavary) in creating wearable art which you can browse and purchase online at artbyavary.com
